This is The Corso. Small shops and take-away restaurants, and such along the left. Bars and restaurants line the right side. The guy in the picture would be walking toward the beach. The benchs glow blue at night and the umbrellas toward the center have tables under them during the day and it is party of various restaurants. So now if I talk about The Corso, you have an idea of what I am talking about! :)
